When I got there, 3 people ahead of me, 2 getting sandwich made, I waiting and than me waiting to pick my order up, the man ahead of me walked up to place his order, the 2 who placed they're order were leaving, the one gal waving her hands and spoke loudly that I needed to go over there to place me ordered, I said why? My order is placed, she said you need to step over there so they can start my ordered, I said, I am here to pick up an order that was placed by phone, so I am in the right spot, with a roll of her eyes she stepped back and grab my 2 bags, and slid them to me! No THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, infact she looked away, it was ridiculous in the amount of Mayo that was plastered one 4 of the 6 subs, one of the kids said, we could fill a container up with all this Mayo, we removed 3/4 of what was used, pretty sad the mayo was ozzing out the sides n ends before the first bite! 1 -12 inch sub had 1 half sliced cheese on each side. The 6 inch sub was suppose to have extra pickles, there were 3 pickles total. The 1- 12 inch sub was over loaded with onions, jalapeño and mayo, I guess we will not be ordering subs from sub way by phone NO more, if it takes standing there watching them make it, so be it, but atleast I know it will be quilty.

Came to the subway from our cabin... There was a bunch of new people on which obviously they must have been scared to put things in the scooper for our tuna sandwiches. Very skimpy. And I ordered double meat. So they were obviously scared but did not make me a happy person and when they asked to add lettuce it was barely touching the bread for crying out loud unbelievable.

Sanwhich was really good, staff was friendly but I think they were struggling with a sudden rush and seemed frustrated with themselves. They did not take it out on customers, it just felt awkward.

Super-stressful Subway experience. The employee starting sandwiches was rude to customers as well as staff during a small rush. The lettuce was soggy, nobody new the recipes to their numbered sandwiches. I'd give the kids a break - they all seemed like they were in training but not being trained. We won't be back to this location, there's plenty of other options in the area.

The staff was the friendliest (thanks Josh and Alex!) It was also nice to see the restaurant staffed properly so even when busy service was fast. Everything was very clean and ingredients were fresh.

if you order on the app to avoid waiting in line, be sure to go to the Express Pickup as soon as you arrive. I waited for the app to show my order was ready. Big mistake. I was there before 6-8 people who got their orders first. Mine was started after those customers were gone, 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready according to the app, over 30 minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. The orders were not quite what was requested and a bit soggy. But I was hungry and it tasted good. Staff was very nice even as I expressed my annoyance with the process.
