The night crew here is atrocious. They're always outside smoking pot, never answer their phone and and when an order is incorrect, because they're too busy smoking pot and can't read they get mad when the customer is upset, happens all the time, literally need better management on the night crew. Go back and they still mess the freaking order up!!!!! 😒

So traveling from northern mn to southern mn I’m hungry and just looking for something familiar so I stop (never again) at the hinkley Taco Bell. First off, I will tell you I’ve ordered on the app so stop asking, second if you don’t have a menu item take it off your menu board (its an electronic menu not like you have to have a new “poster” printed from corporate!). So you go to Taco Bell for consistency except at this Bell. Expect all your ingredients stocked on one end, no melty cheese and when you call them to say there is a giant red hair in your crunch wrap you get asked to travel back 20 miles to get a new one, no oh let me take your number and we will have a complement food item or we have your order and we will reverse the charg, nope you have to drive back and get a new one. We do drive through to…..drive through and not sitting in your parking lot. So if you don’t mine a little extra time to order because they don’t have what’s on the menu or like some hair in your food and you don’t mind not getting a resolution to your issue, this is the fast food place for you!

Ordered 5 soft shell tacos and a chicken quesadilla last night thru the drive through. Our tacos had small amounts of meat, with no taco seasoning, a little cheese and 3 ribbons of lettuce on each taco. They eliminated tomatoes a couple years ago and now eliminating lettuce. With the high prices and terrible food, we will not be returning to this location in Hinckley, mn. The chicken quesadilla was missing it's sauce. And was cut into 3 weird shapes. We should have taken everything back but we were back on the road.

Noone helped us for a long while even though line staff looked up several times. Finally a manager came up to collect our order. Shells on the chalupa last couple times have been dpugh and not even cooked. They forgot items last 2 previous times.. The place is going downhill.

Had a quality experience here as far as Taco Bell goes. Hit the drive thru after attending a wedding as is tradition. Service was quick and courteous and food was hot and exactly what we expected.
I went for breakfast and was very pleased with the quality and speed that I got my food. I would rate five stars, but I was dining in and noticed that booth seats had food under them, and on one of the seats, there was even a bag of garbage/old order just sitting there. If you are going to eat here, just go through the drive thru.

Their employees were very friendly & accomodating! I had a Beef Chulpa which was delicious! 😋 I won a Beef Soft Taco Supreme from Taco Bell at the Hinckley Fall Festival. It was delicious! 😋The gal that took my order was very nice, friendly & accomodating. I also bought a Steak Chalupa! 😋
