WOOOW what over priced all bread flavorless cold sandwiches on the menu for a 20$ chunk of bread with highly processed garbage meat shavings hardly covering the surface with adding any veggies is additional cost to an already terrible and terribly over priced menu

We had a poor experience here (June 2024). I had the prime rib and not only did it have no flavor, it didn't even taste like meat. The corn tasted like canned corn, though the mashed potatoes were edible. My daughter's bacon cheeseburger was good though she didn't like her fries. Ranch was definitely from a bottle. Overall very disappointing. Try one of the other restaurants, perhaps.

We waited over an hour to be seated by the greeter, and another hour to have our order taken. The waitress was unapologetic, and told us that sometimes we just have a bad day. Over and over, our order was confused and not brought to us correctly. There was multiple areas of poor service. ?

Party of 5 checked in at 630, waited an hour after being told the wait was 30 min. Troy at the desk was not friendly or nice when asking what was taking so long he claimed he sent a text but I never received one. So he seats us at a table that seats 4. When the waitress was taking a while we decided to let her know that we had been waiting for 2hrs total without food and she tells us I guess it's just not your day. The only good thing was the appetizers. Food was not great, and will not be returning. Didn't take anything off the bill either. I guess Casino figures steady flow of folks so can give mediocre service.

Food was delicious, especially the Ribeye! Seriously, do not add all that B.Q. sauce to brisket! Your sauce is too sweet! I come from S.W. Texas, we know a thing or two about brisket, and sauce!! Wayy too sweet. Other than that, it was all fantasticOur waitress was very nice, the food came out quick. Nice and clean restaurant. Oh, the onion rings,....FANTASTIC!!

The service was terrible. As new parents we were so excited to get out for the night and spend some time at the Casino, hot tub and have a nice dinner. We were quoted 20-30 minute wait time and waited over 45 minutes to be seated. After we sat down we waited over 15 minutes before a drink order was even taken. The server was nice, but as a previous server this is unacceptable to leave a table for 15 minutes before even greeting them. I was very disappointed in the service here. Not to mention, this was on a Tuesday night. I can’t imagine how bad it may get on weekends or busier days. After we ordered our food it did come out fairly quickly, and was delicious. It was the service that we were less than impressed by.
