This place is an institution. I hadn’t been here in years and was glad to see it was still in business, and had even expanded. The parking lot is a bit of an adventure, but there was room for our whole group to park. We had 9 people and it only look then about 10 minutes to seat us on a Sunday. We were there for brunch. It was a busy place, so service was a little slow but not too bad. The newer bar area looked nice, and there were several vegetarian options to choose from....
We stopped in for a couple donuts to go. They were delicious. One of the best donuts we've had in a while. We got the Bavarian cream filled donuts and a classic chocolate sprinkle. Donuts were light and fluffy. Chocolate glaze was great. Not sticky, perfectly tempered. Each donut was only $2.50. So glad we stopped.
