I don't usually review fast food places but we felt compelled to leave five stars for the service we receive Saturday 11/30/24.
The bug guy with the tattoo was super nice when taking our large order of what felt like the whole menu. There were other customers but our food came out very fast. And I have never, ever, had white castle food that was so fresh; hot crispy and delicious. The burgers were not soggy at all (white castle fans know that can be a problem).
Then when you have someone that genuinely smiles and wishes you a good day. That just put it over the top.
I think I'm jaded and just don't expect this level of service or quality from fastfood places but it was awesome and very much appreciated.
Thank you to the nice people working today! You guys make me want to eat white castle way more often!

For a white castle partnered with a gas station it still manages to keep the classic white castle vibe. Everything I ordered came up hot fast and fresh, very much will make a regular stop if on the area.

Good food! Service is pretty slow. It is inside of a gas station, so there is not that much room to stand and wait, its pretty crowded. There are a few spots against the wall if you want to eat inside.
