“Friendly Staff, good food and prices!”

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

“I arrived very late in the day so selection was not what it would have been, but still very good choices left and the donuts were still fresh. Customer service was great and went above and beyond expectations even offering to make a fresh donut for me. Delicious, helpful and friendly!”

“I pulled in today just before 1PM— and I mean JUST before 1 to order one of their ham and cheese sandwiches.. which by the way are so “melt in your mouth” addicting & I was welcomed by the owner. She had a big smile on her face, took my order, and we chatted about our mutual love for snow, kids, amongst other things. As my sandwich was being made, she ran outside to take down the “Open” sign. When she came back in, I gasped and said “Oh wow I must’ve gotten lucky - do you close AT 1?!” She said, “You sure did, and we sure do.” She made me feel like I was the very FIRST customer of the day. She welcomed & engaged me like I was the only person (notice I didn’t say “customer”) in the world and even though they were wrapping up shop, they didn’t make me feel like they were. The pizzas and burritos looked good too. loved the music playing overhead. Great staff, Cool older building. We will DEFINITELY be back!”

OMG!! 100% worth the hour drive! 🤯 minds blown on the AMAZING food, super delicious, made from scratch and let's not forget the impressive atmosphere and excellent service! We were even honored with meeting our chef and visiting about how they make their food. You can see, feel and taste the amount of love they have in their food, service and café! “This is our first experience with Elmdale Creamery. We already feel like family. Larry is the great guy that is very experienced who came to our house and took 2 cows with him. The processing went excellent. Mike is the contact person who is very friendly and professional. They also sold some extra hamburg for us. “Spunky's knows how to throw a party! New Years Eve at Spunky's was a blast! We're new to this town. Everyone was so friendly. The locals took us in as one of their own. Can't wait to party with them again. Mardi Gras??? lol”

“Went to the Avon Cabin Cafe for the first time this past week and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the three meat omelet which came with hash browns and a pancake! The pancake was the size of a plate! I definitely recommend eating here. I wish I lived closer so I could go more frequently. Will definitely be back!”

“Walked into a busy Friday lunch rush and Rose was working the counter. Pleasant, fast, and efficient order for my five family members. She made sure everyone had what we wanted. After the food came out, it was hot and perfect made. We then saw Rose busting tables and cleaning after customers left leaving the dining room spotless. Rose deserves acknowledgment along with whoever else was working their tails off making the lunch rush today awesome. Thank you!”
