I just changed locations for work, and this is now the closest Chipotle to my office. It's crazy the difference you can find in a good Chipotle location. I used to go to the Richfield location that was by my previous office, and they were so unbelievably rude there and the food quality was always so poor that I hardly went, and now since discovering the Hopkins location on Mainstreet, I find myself coming back multiple times a week.The staff here is so friendly and professional, especially the woman that works at the cash register most weekdays, and the food quality is always top notch, so good that I don't even feel like I'm eating at a Chipotle, but a high-end cantina... I've been to dozens of locations across the country, and this is by far the best. Extremely consistent, very well-prepared ingredients (especially the proteins), and a welcoming staff. What more could you ask for?

Shut this place down. I never write reviews but you all should be informed.I don’t know what the problem is but it’s best to avoid going to this location. I got a salad bowl with chicken. Within 20 minutes of finishing the meal I threw up and I continued to throw up for the next 2 hours.I don’t know if it’s sanitation, spoiled food, undercooked food or just a combination of issues. Either way it’s best to avoid going here.

Please do not eat here. Something is always wrong when I dine in or order from here. Staff are not well trained. Items and kitchen are not clean. They are always running out of things. Staff here do not look happy at work. Recent ordered from uber eats—chips and sides were missing. The sofrita looked like someone stepped on it. Avoid this location

The food is good but, POC beware!!! This establishment is very prejudiced. This was my second time visiting this establishment for a pick up order and as I went towards the pick up shelf to grab my order, an employee literally ran from behind the counter and tried to snatch it out of my hand. Then, her and another co-worker asked if they can see a confirmation. I showed my confirmation on the app and then they asked if they could see an email confirmation. My mother has also had the same experience from this establishment as well. This whole situation has made me very uncomfortable and now I don’t even want to go back there. Everyone is not a thief. If you feel like you have too much stealing going on, leave the orders in the back and bring them out by name like other establishments do. That was embarrassing.

Crew working the night of 12/16/23 was amazing!! Super hardworking, careful and actively trying to please every single customer. I’ve been to multiple chipotle locations and this one has by far has always done the best.
