Rude employee behind counter, told me they were out of alot of things, dishes piled up, dirty tables, will NOT be stepping foot in Hopkins Mainstreet location EVER again....

I love chipotle
Chipotle Mexican Grill at this location is known for consistently great tasting food, unlike other locations. The staff is friendly and generous with portions. The dining area is fairly clean, but tables can be dirty. The bathroom needs better maintenance, with paper towels on the floor. Despite this, the team is helpful and works well together. The burrito bowls are recommended, and the young man taking orders is particularly friendly and efficient. Customers have praised the staff for their excellent service, including handling busy times with grace and going the extra mile, such as providing fresh rice and veggies or adding extra protein at no cost. However, some experiences have been less positive, with issues like language barriers and tough, inedible steak. The restaurant can be messy at times, and supplies like napkins may run out, but the overall experience remains good, especially with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.
