I live nearby and Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich place, but there are a couple disappointing things that happen consistently at this location as a regular customer:
1. They are usually out of the Rosemary Parmesan bread. Probably less than half the time are we able to get this.
2. It is more common than not to have one or more ingredients left off the sandwiches. I usually get “Mikes way” and then add chipotle mayo and hot pepper relish, sometimes pickles as well. Usually one of the things I ask for is forgotten in the process of the sandwich being passed to a different employee and me being brought over to pay while the finishing touches are being made. I feel like I need to stand and inspect that what I’ve asked for is executed. This seems to be a flaw in the process and some notes could be taken about how Subway manages adding veggies and toppings. At this Jersey Mikes it feels like more of a game of telephone when I’m placing my order.
Edit: we went again this week and they are still out the Rosemary Parmesan bread. I think that’s like 5 or 6 times in a row. Also got one ingredient wrong again, so I have to lower my rating.

We had two young guys working tonight, September 19, at this location right around 7:10. The guy working the cashier was younger with dark curly black hair - just want to say he was so nice and patient. It started to get busy and I didn't know what to order and he just helped me and was so nice. To top it off I think that the other guy working may have been new /training, and again the cashier went to him and was patient and helped him out. I was so impressed with his kindness and calmness!

Slowest service ever. Online orders keep piling in and they are making the newest orders before the oldest ones. It’s completely backward and I’ve now been waiting for an online order 20 minutes since their own set due time/order ready time.

Since I am from the East Coast nothing better than a Philly Cheesesteak and when I moved to Chanhassen back in 2017, at least I had Jersey Mike's right down the street. A few years ago, I moved over towards Minnetonka and finally decided to give the Hopkins location a try and the food quality and service was top notch. In fact, the shift/assistant managers were always very professional and I got a great sandwich, in fact, I usually have a personal rule that I don't tip if I have to stand to wait for my meal.
A few weeks ago, I stopped in to get a Giant #17 cut in half and each sandwich in it's own bag. I tipped as usual and then when the young lady at the grill finished cooking and wrapping the sandwiches, she walked over with four (4) sandwiches in her hands and when she was approaching, I asked her if they were a #17 for "Jim" since I already paid. The person said nothing and just stared at me. She then pushed the two sandwiches towards me, remaining silent but continuted staring. I thanked her and still not a word.
When I got in my car, I thought to myself "What the Hell was that all about?" When I arrived to drop off the other half and made mention to her what occurred, she was worried if the employee also tampered with it.
Not much into "mind games" and hostile employees and reached out to a manager who proceeded to inform me he would have the General Manager or District Manager contact me. Never heard anything and don't plan on ever going back to any Jersey Mike's operated by Team 551 Mangement Group or any Jersey Mike's in the Twin Cities Metro. In the last week alone, I've picked up dinner at Chik-fil-a twice, Leann Chin twice, White Castle once, McDonalds once, and Blaze Pizza once.
If I'm in the mood for a Cheesesteak, I'll go to Tono's or make it myself.

It was very nice yes it was a bit more pricy but very worth it
I stood outside at the curbside pickup spot in front of the store for 20 minutes PAST my curbside pickup time. I was in front of the store when I first placed my order at 8:10 PM.
My curbside pickup time was 8:25 PM, I waited outside store until then and checked in. However, at 8:40 PM I still have not reviewed my order and there were countless people who walked in the store and my order was past ready on the counter.
In the past this location was good at honoring curbside pickup, but because of today’s incident I will not be going to this location for curbside pickup due to the amount of time I was made to wait for food that was already ready. Not to mention the fact that I ended up needing to walk in the store as well, luckily today I was able to walk in but other days I would not have been able to.

The food is always good at Jersey Mike's, but, I will say that it seems like they can't get through orders in a very timely manner even when the line is non-existent. Especially for items on the grill, there's 0 ability to multitask and separate multiple orders so you aren't literally taking 5 minutes for a single order, one at a time. I don't experience this issue at all locations, but the Hopkins location is incredibly slow
