I ordered their version of Enchiladas con Mole. While it was flavorful, there was only about half of the mole sauce the dish needed. By the time I got home to eat, approximately 12 minutes, it was dry.I intend to give them another try because the service was awesome, but I believe I will dine in instead of take out.Very festive restaurant with great employees.
A true gem in the Twin Cities area, Hopkins' own El Lorito has tasty Mexican food in an authentic-feeling atmosphere full of color and life.Over time I've found they have good enchiladas, good fajitas, good guacamole, and will gather around to sing Feliz Cumpleanos on your birthday. Folks could learn some manners from the wait staff. Those people are beyond courteous. Food is great! We had fajitas for two but it would feed more like four. Great deal for the money.
