I’m sorry to say, but I cannot recommend this place. I always like to patronize family owned businesses and this place got really good reviews, but I found the food really bland and mediocre and not worth the price. Plus, they weren’t very welcoming when I came in there. I think you can do a lot better with probably higher quality ingredients somewhere else.

This place is amazing! The food was so good! I wanted to lick my plate clean, but my wife wouldn't let me in public. Was quick, friendly service. The restaurant was very clean. Can't wait to return! We'll done Nacho's Mexican!!!

My friend who lives in Hopkins took us to Nacho’s. It’s a Mexican Grill where you order at the counter. No wait staff. They have a large menu with many, many items.
The service was prompt and friendly. The food came out quickly. Granted, it was 2:30pm on a Tuesday, so we were pleased. I don’t know what it would be like when they are busy.
I got the beef fajitas. Delicious. I loved it. My son got the chorizo nachos. He said the chorizo wasn’t spicy. Which was odd. My friend got the torta sandwich and it was plenty big.
The chips that came with the meal were authentic and delicious. The salsa was great also. I wish they had given me more.
I’ll gladly go to Nachos the next time I’m in Hopkins. With the vast menu, I’m sure I’ll find plenty of items I love.

Very good food at a reasonable price and made quickly. I’m disappointed that they use styrofoam containers. Styrofoam is an environmental disaster and should be banned except for use in certain construction projects.

This place knocked my socks off. Drove in off 169 for some food when traffic wasnt moving. They recommended me the Burrito and Tres Leches cake. Both were the best I had ever had in a LONG time.
11/10, would absolutely recommend. Great people, great atmosphere, greater food.
