No chicken in my Alfredo and none on my pizza. Did we run out of chicken tonight? Didn’t drive back. I just will not return to this location.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks on 7/29 for pick up. Given a 15 to 20 timeframe at 8 pm waited over and hour only for the guy working to give us the wrong food as he didn’t make our order. They apparently ran out and without any communication made pepperoni pizzas- most of our home does not eat meat. I was told I would receive a phone call in one to three business days regarding my refund- This has not happened.

The owners of the particular Pizza Hut should be extremely ashamed of themselves. I put an online order early afternoon for a late evening pick up. I get to the store and see that there is a significant amount of people waiting for their food. Only to find out that there is only ONE employee working and it was only his SECOND day. He was stressed, he had every right to be. Management should be ashamed that they left this young gentleman alone. He was working hard and doing as much as he could but was stressing out because he didn’t know the full system yet. I want to say how proud I am of that young man for keeping his composure while there were some frustrated customers. This review is NOT his fault. It’s management’s, for putting him in a position that he should have never had to deal with.

Ordered online and order was placed under MICHAEL. Arrived for pickup and said pizza for Michael. Employee: Mitchell? Me: Michael. Employee: Jesse? Me: No, Michael. Another employee: quite throwing random names, she is here to pick up for Michelle.
