The atmosphere was great and everyone was super friendly. If you're going for hookah just keep in mind they only do hookah certain days and they won't allow them until 8 - 9ish pm to not disturb more sensitive patrons.

Smile Tea Bar has become my second home after being introduced to it by a friend two years ago. I love having a bar that does not revolve around alcohol and I love how you can easily become a part of the community by attending regularly. Lots of fun events: trivia, improv, art making, video game and cribbage tournaments. A safe space to be myself as a queer person!

I liked it. I liked the vibe and the setup. Fortunately I went with someone who had been there before. If I hadn't been with that person I probably wouldn't have gone or stayed long since walking in can be a bit intimidating. Loved the pet friendly setup and the ability to get your own food.
