I’ve ordered three times and it’s been a headache every time. Today I ordered and they told me it would be done in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later when I get there, it hasn’t even gone in yet.
I used to love Savoy’s but these guys are clearly surviving off the name.

I’m a savoy guy the savoy in St. Paul that closed they loaded your pizza because your paying a high price this was my first time at Hugo the ingredients were fine but not loaded with cheese and ingredients wouldn’t go back learn how the boys in St. Paul made there’s that was savoy

Its not the same sauce or sausage, the sauce you could see was watered down and the sausage had no fennel in it..just not as good as it used to be, and I hope the new owners will take this as constructive criticism, even my mom who loves Savoy pizza said the taste was just off from the original and probably won't order again soon...

Best pizza in Minnesota! A must stop if you are in Minnesota, there are many locations. The sausage is exceptional, thin crust, and the sauce seals the deal, it puts a tang on your tongue and you go, what is that spice? I need more!

I know there are some skeptical Savoy old school snobs on EVERY Savoy location saying it's not the same as the original. I AGREE the ambiance, prices, production, things change. It's hard to replicate an original anything. I worked the original, and managed a Savoy years ago. I'm a snob to I get it. The one on White Bear Ave was the closest, until today. Had some East Coast friends in town, 1 lived here 20 years ago, wanted Savoy, told her it's still great but none are like the old days....I was dead wrong. We ordered a large special and it was like I was back in 1995 again. Yes I will HAPPILY pay $30 for a pizza that fantastic. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Keith not only made me tge best Savoy I've had in 20 years, hes very personable and knowledgeable about the whole Savoy tradition and history. Thanks Keith! 10 stars.
