After a movie, we decided spur-of-the-moment to get soft serve cones. We called to see if BK was still open. The young man who answered at around 9:00 pm 9/7 was cheerful and helpful, telling us that the ice cream machine had to be cleaned before closing, so please arrive 15 minutes before store closing. Went to get ice cream at 815 pm on 05/25/23. There was a sign the ice cream machine was broken. Just to verify, I asked if it was still down and was snotted off by some boy twice. Never going back
There is a sign on the drive thru that says pull ahead so we did and she got snotty because we did. Then she was rude when asking what we wanted and I repeated myself twice and she very rudely said I can't hear you.
If we work in a customer service position you need to be nice to your customers as they help pay your wage. without customers you wouldn't have a job
