They were preparing our online order when I got there, no customers in the building. 2 separate customers walked in behind me to pick up online orders as well. They were told it would be a few minutes. Their phone was ringing and ringing, one employee stepped off line to answer the phone and was immediately reprimanded by another employee for answering the phone when they are busy. Last couple of times I have come here I was going to leave a negative review but I did not. Tonight, I am leaving a positive review because I received amazing service and kindness from Corey. Thanks Corey!

Just met the lunch rush. Katie (maybe manager?) Was slinging out sandwiches, and assisting her co-workers while chatting with an elderly customer who was wishing her well on her upcoming trip. My sandwiches are great, and they were all contagiously happy.
