I haven’t been to that location in a very long time. The drive thru touch screen ordering is absolutely rediculous. I hope you go back to the old school way .

They were preparing our online order when I got there, no customers in the building. 2 separate customers walked in behind me to pick up online orders as well. They were told it would be a few minutes. Their phone was ringing and ringing, one employee stepped off line to answer the phone and was immediately reprimanded by another employee for answering the phone when they are busy. Despite this, they got my pick up order finished and continued to work hard on getting other sandwiches out. Sandwiches were labeled appropriately and the employees were overall very friendly despite the phone incident.

What a sad day. I was the only customer inside. Zero greeting from the 3 people working. No hello, no hold on a minute. I stood there for for 7 minutes. Seven. Nobody even offered to sell me a sandwich as I stood under the order here sign. Jimmy John's was fantastic!!!

Slowest drive thru I've been too. Sat at window after order had been placed for 15 minutes. Finally as I was getting ready to just leave they finally opened the window and told me my total. I would understand if they were packed but there was no other cars in the parking lot.

This restaurant absolutely needs to have faster workers on the schedule starting around the 3:00 pm timeframe . There was one person ahead of me and it still took 45 minutes to get my sandwich.

I intensely dislike the automated drive through. The machine keeps resetting and I could not complete my order. When I went to the window I was told I had to park and come in. I will not use this subway again.
Awesome customer service! Friendly staff. Love that they accept Subway coupons (whereas the other Hutchinson location does not).

Just met the lunch rush. Katie (maybe manager?) Was slinging out sandwiches, and assisting her co-workers while chatting with an elderly customer who was wishing her well on her upcoming trip. My sandwiches are great, and they were all contagiously happy.
