The best restaurant in town. Why you might ask do I think that? The food is always fresh, flavorful, quality. Vincent is an extremely talented, driven, and creative chef.My wife and I dined there this evening(Valentine's day) we thankfully had reservations as it was fully booked. If your looking for a higher end steakhouse in the Mcleod, Carver, Meeker county area, this place is it! Amazing service, atmosphere, and the steak was cooked perfectly! Everything is very clean and new, and the menu is a perfect curation of different proteins and fresh vegetables. Definitely will be coming back, 10/10!Kid-friendliness: I would say this is more of an adult atmosphere, and consider taking the kids somewhere else.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This is exactly what a town like Hutchinson needs. It's a cozy, inviting atmosphere with absolutely outstanding food. The menu is crafted with creativity and passion...not a deep fryer or microwave. After recently moving here we are so grateful Flank is here, it makes us feel like we're living in Europe again--slow paced, relaxing experience with delicious food and wine! Na zdravi.
