amazing service and great prices for quality of food
I have never written a restaurant review, but our dinner last night was so incredible, I just needed to! The server was so nice and helpful, and let me tell you... the food was AH-MAZING. We have a party of 3 dining friends (we call ourselves the MotherForkers) and we all rate Flank 10+++++. The Stuffed Mushroom app was a yummy start. Had dinner with coworkers last night and everything was fantastic! The Korean short ribs and monkfish were so good. From appetizers to desserts to drinks 5 stars! So cool that our server also made the raspberry crème brûlée! Thank you once again for a great night and delicious food!

Based on the reviews, Flank Bistro is a restaurant located in a Days Inn. The atmosphere is described as subpar and nothing more than a hotel bar, though the bar area has nice seating and cozy nooks. The food, however, is fantastic and made with love. Meals are excellent and exceptional, including the patty melt with fries, 8 oz ribeye, wagyu New York strip, London broil, beef Wellington, Hanger, monkfish, pork tenderloin, meatloaf, and a baked potato. The Stuffed Mushroom app is a yummy start, and the desserts, like baklava, are outstanding. The staff is very good, prompt, and nice. The food is made with talent and care, and the specials are unique and fun to try. Portions are great with better prices than before. Some reviews note the chef had several items 86ed for a busy weekend, but overall, diners leave totally satisfied and would come back.
