waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 ice creams that never showed up so i went inside and see that they are both half melted sitting on the tray. Culvers seems to be going down hill in the last 6 months.
We have been regular weekly customers for years. Within the last couple months the service and food has been subpar. It’s very sad to see such a great Culver’s go down hill.
Tonight we ordered food and drive thru was not at all busy.
No mayo so came back. Then no fork for salad. Came back a second time. We also had an expired side salad.
