It's a dairy queen. Prices a bit high for what you get. Atmosphere what is expected. But the service was efficient, professional and the kid at the counter genuinely a nice kid.

Honestly if I could give no stars especially for the service I would. The lady at the counter who assisted me, Mavis, was extremely rude. Her tone of voice was rude the mannerism she used to answer my questions was extremely rude and my overall experience was just awful. I don't come to Hutchinson often but I will keep in mind to avoid this establishment from now on. I will warm friends and family to do the same. I wasn't the only person having issues with this cashier either. There was other people in line who were having issues with her rude remarks to them, so it wasn't just me who felt disrespected by her, please do better DQ!

Horrible food and service. Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 was very runny the other was okay to be honest. But the worst part was the regular sized fry I ordered. They gave it to me maybe half full. I asked a guy behind counter if it looked normal to him . He said yea looks about right to me. Then said he would give me a couple more fries at most if I really wanted. I was completely thrown off by his response and thought Screw it . So I just decided to walk out with what we had. It was a horribly long wait as well. It was only that one rude guy working behind the counter with about 3 senior ladies. All of them were unfriendly and were working at an extremely slow pace for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in my opinion.

The workers there were slow and and forgot my diet dr kelp and when asked about my drink cup proceeded to throw the cup at me my fries were soggy
Very slow. Poor attitudes. Came for a door dash and they all putzed and complained until the store turned doordash off. Never did get the orders. Bad for business

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. Management clearly needs to do a better job or at least make an effort at having better employees. C'mon DQ, get your act together for your customers. It doesn't really matter to me anymore, I'll never spend another dime at this "restaurant".
