The absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. Management clearly needs to do a better job or at least make an effort at having better employees. C'mon DQ, get your act together for your customers. It doesn't really matter to me anymore, I'll never spend another dime at this "restaurant".

The older lady that works there is nice but i think would be better suited for a different position than a cashier. 3 times had the order made wrong, i never complained because im not that type of person. And when there is like 3 or more people waiting i think she gets flustered and takes a long time with more mistakes. Again nice lady but from a business standpoint a poor cashier

Placed my order with the up front request that it's to go, I need both items covered. It wasn't busy, one other customer. My ice cream came up and he called me and the time wasn't covered. I said I need this covered, he through a cover on the counter and walked away without a word. I had to remove the spoon and I placed the ice cream filled spoon on the counter. Not good customer service.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Got a blizzard for my daughter and the older lady working made it, got it to my daughter and she said it wasn't the right one so she brought it back and explained it to the lady but she got pissy, didn't remake it and just added something else to it. Not what my daughter wanted and the customer service wasn't great. This is the second time this has happened with the same person. Either learn the menu if you choose to work there or take it off the menu if workers aren't going to make the right thing. This location started going down hill the last year or so. Food isn't great and always tastes microwaved.

This is honestly the worst dairy queen around. They "forget" sauces everytime. This is the 2nd we went there and no sauces, even though they were paid for. My husband asked if they were in the bag, he was told yes but he knows better. So he looked in there and whaddya know? NO SAUCES and the kids saw him open it to look. Well the kid went to get the sauces and came out with the manager! Who had the gall to ask him to REOPEN THE BOX. like my god people you worried about sauce snatchers that bad?? The last time we went they argued with him and demanded a recipet OVER 2 RANCH. It was paid for, and we did not get them. Terrible terrible service. Don't think I'll be coming back to the dq anymore. Lighten up.
Notes on: Chili Cheese Dog w/ Caramel & Onion Rings
Whenever I order Chili at a typical restaurant, I usually wind up stirring-in at least two teaspoons of Sugar in order to achieve the flavor that I most desire.
Dairy Queen does not seek to be a Café, therefore it does not supply sugar as a condiment; hence, I had to get creative . . .
Once again, Dairy Queen has proven to be quite willing to Indulge Me.

My husband and I went there for shakes before I went to work the employee came back from break and did not wash his hands my husband has a food safety certificate and it's getting ahold of the city inspector and the food inspector to have them inspected because they obviously don't know how to follow food safety protocol

Wendy took our order, and brought our food to the table. She was so kind and helpful. My 7 year old Granddaughter said ' I like her, she is so nice. I give her a 10 out of 10 for being Amazing.

The food and treats are always good but the customer service is not good. People working here have a look on their face like they hate their job. They look annoyed when you approach the counter to order. They move at a snails speed. I got my food and treats one at a time. And when more people walked in, instead of picking up the pace they just rolled their eyes and kept moving slow. Feels like placing an order is a huge annoyance to the people working
