New Name: Deceptive CowLunch time visit while we were passing through. Server was nice and greeted us with a smile. I ordered a beer and she said beers are 2 for 1. When my friend walked up to the table she also ordered a beer. Maybe overthinking, and expecting one beer for each of us, the server shows up with 2 beers each! I guess we will make do with 2 each. However, when the bill arrived, the beers were $9.50 for a 16oz beer(buy one-get one)?? When we asked, the confused server said corporate instructed them 1 beer was $7, so should have been 2 for $7, not $9.50. Nope. She then she told us light beers were $4.50. So should have been 2 for $4.50? Nope. I'm still as confused as the server and as the corporate accountant. Just avoid the "2 for 1 special". It's a gimmick.

Food was good the service not so great . We had a small party. Our waitress forgot about us . The young gentleman that brought out our food was very nice and friendly. But our waitress was a bit on the forget full side . We had to go look for someone for more drinks etc. And then when it came time to pay there was already added an 18% tip added that really wasn't deserving.

I’ve been going to Muddy Cow since it opened. I love fish and chips! My experience included getting their fish and chips on a regular basis. Initially, the fish and chips were terrific and I complemented them as it being my favorite place to come for the fish dinner. However, in the last few years, their fish has changed and the quality is not as good and the quality is reduced in addition to being a higher price. I wish they would go back to the original fish and chips as they were great and now I’m looking for a new place to get my fish and chips as the quality has been reduced. I hope that they go back to the original fish and chips.
