I've been here a few times In the staff is genuinely pleasant. However you can often hear on several occasions a shorter heavier set woman Screaming at the staff, You can hear her belittle them, This makes the dining experience very unpleasant. I'm not sure why pizza ranch would keep such a person staffed. The place was dirty the food was okay. We enjoyed What Arcade games that were working. Did not win any prizes. However , it would have been cheaper to go across the parking lot. Did receive some candy. However had to throw it away due to it being so hard. I have gone back to give it more tries as I love the franchise. However each time the experiences close to the same. I've heard that this one will be sold which I think that if it is this particular lady should be replaced and go Then I think it would be a much better place. I feel horrible for the staff working for this lady. The other staff are amazing except for the one last mentioned.

Edited to add: I spoke with a different manager on the phone today. They apologized and helped to make it right. I would recommend making sure to call ahead and confirm all your plans the day before any party.Had a birthday party. Booked it with the manager for what's listed on the website - one and a half hours in the party room and additional kids or adults $15 each for a buffet and fun zone card. The "temporary" manager tried to kick us out after an hour saying we had to pay extra if we wanted to stay for the time we were told we had. Then I had an extra kid and the manager told me I had to pay full price for the buffet and get my own fun zone card for them. It really made the party for my kid stressful and much less enjoyable than it would have been if the management just knew what their website said.Additionally, when I went to get a plate for myself there were about 5 slices of pizza total on the buffet. The manager told me more than once how many parties they had today, so it makes me wonder why they didn't have more pizza ready.I won't recommend using this pizza ranch for a birthday party to anyone else knowing what I know.

We had a big group of 9 adults and 3 kids come in to eat at supper time. There was very little pizza out, we had to ask if we could order certain pizza and we were told we couldn't order pepperoni because that's always put out. There was none out. The one pizza that was out, was so extremely old it tasted rotten and the bread sticks and biscuits were also so old they were hard as a rock. The service was awful, the food was excellent once we got some. But it took along time due to supper rush. You need to learn to Prepare more ahead of time. This was our first and last visit!

Literally 5 slices of pizza on the buffet when I arrived. A cook came out from the back with hair down to his backside and no hair net or anything but a hat on. Will not be coming back.

My girlfriend and I went yesterday for lunch and my experience at this location was not what we wanted for our lunch out. Absolutely none of the pizzas were hot out of all of them ONE was warm going cold. The chicken I felt was overcooked and didn't taste very well. And lastly the employee was complaining out loud to another employee, while the other employee walked away the one complaining kept getting louder. The problem with this is it was by our table. Very unprofessional. I'll probably continue taking our business to the pizza ranch in Monticello

Did I really HAVE to even give it a star?? You would think with the complaints that they'd maybe shape up if they want the big tips from city folk but it's bumpkin town here, male employees are sharing half a brain cell on work, female employees do nothing but gossip to mask their own vanity, there is garbage on the floor & near empty platters on the buffet, maybe one platter had an actual half of pizza & they will wait until its way past cold & refuse to put out a fresh pan of any type of pizza. Then they want to "talk about the issue to see how we can make up for it" is basically someone telling you you're SOL on the phone, no refund, wouldn't come back anyways but damn. Start listening to your paying customers & maybe yall will avoid refunds or a possible lawsuit because I'm pretty sure your people in the back are working with no gloves or hairnets

We came in a Sunday right after opening, by 11:15 am. I must say that I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everyone’s shoes squeaked as they were sticking to the floor. The carpet walking in was definitely not vacuumed before opening along with the area in front of the fountain drinks. It was disgusting! One plus was the lettuce for once wasn’t brown and gross looking. The place needs a thorough cleaning!

I don't understand why everyone is so critical of this Pizza Ranch. Outside of one employee encounter that was less than stellar, this restaurant is great. The food is always fresh and hot, tastes great, and if you notice something is running out, you request it, they refill it. Want a special pizza? They'll have it right out. They have great pizza crust, too. The FunZone is super fun for the kids, ice cream machine always works, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean.

Ordered take out(delivery wasn’t available)I know its labor day but Im pretty positive my pizza was taken off the buffet and thrown in a box. There is absolutely no way this pizza was freshly cooked in the 30 minute wait time. (I was 5 minutes early for pick up as well)Asked for extra pickles on my bacon cheeseburger pizza and there was actually barely any on it. Ordered a two piece all white(which is an extra charge) meat chicken meal and got one breast and one wing.This isn't the first time I’ve had poor food from this pizza ranch but its probably the worst Ive had via take out. I usually have good luck with the buffet but I usually go right at 11:45am for lunch.I recommend people try buffet at peak hours if you absolutely have to have pizza ranch, but if you really want good pizza head across town for some Jimmy’s pizza. They even have excellent chicken now.

After contacting the store about issues with our order, the general manager explained that there were some issues with their ordering and that he’s been trying to get it fixed for two weeks. I appreciate the honesty, and I do hope they get this issue fixed.
