I've been here a few times In the staff is genuinely pleasant. However you can often hear on several occasions a shorter heavier set woman Screaming at the staff, You can hear her belittle them, This makes the dining experience very unpleasant. Edited to add: I spoke with a different manager on the phone today. They apologized and helped to make it right. I would recommend making sure to call ahead and confirm all your plans the day before any party.Had a birthday party. Booked it with the manager for what's listed on the website - one and a half hours in the party room and additional kids or adults $15 each for a buffet and fun zone card. We had a big group of 9 adults and 3 kids come in to eat at supper time. There was very little pizza out, we had to ask if we could order certain pizza and we were told we couldn't order pepperoni because that's always put out. There was none out. The one pizza that was out, was so extremely old it tasted rotten and the bread sticks and biscuits were also so old they were hard as a rock.
