Absolutely the worst customer service!! The guy and gal working there are so RUDE and so unprofessional it's rediculous!!! Will never go there again!! I tried calling to talk to the manager and no one answers the phone!

I don't think they know the difference between banana peppers and green peppers. Told the girl that I wanted banana peppers on my sub and payed for the meal. When I got home it had green peppers instead. Just ruined the whole sub.

Food was good. The problem is theirs this person their that can’t hear you, she is SLOW and yells at other people to work faster. They messed up my order and I had to refund my sandwhich and they didn’t give me a recept with the purchase and I paid with card so it probably should be in the history or whatever. So it was a pain to get the refund. Overall I went to the HW15 subway and theirs people who ordered online at the HW7 one. They were brought to the one on 15 then back to HW7. I live in Hutch go to the HW15 subway it’s a lot better to get in and out and it’s awesome staff. Don’t go to the one on 7 they suck at everything.

Honestly, the food is good but what makes it bad is the staff. They are rude, always have attitude and are never polite even when spoken to nicely. They love to roll their eyes and sigh when asked to do the one thing they are there for. Their job. Hire new staff or this location is gonna lose business.

It's another Subway shop. Clean and easy. The help was friendly enough. The sub was as I ordered it and tasted good. The atmosphere, well it's a big open cafe style place to eat or wait while your carryout order is being made. Used to be a better value around $5 but I guess those days are gone now? 😢 My Boss footling sub was nearly $15.

Garbage. I'm done going to Subway. Never enough staff. This time, however, I waited in line only to get my order interrupted by online orders. Customer service is garbage!!

Poor and super RUDE customer service. Very pushy with no other customers behind us. When i asked the lady to put my veggies on my sandwitch before toasting it she rolled her eyes at me. YES i called her out on it. There were other issues prior to that. The store owner/dist manager called the following day. I explained my crappy experience. He did seem to give a shit and never offered an appology. Go to subway on hwy 7. You get better service and they are friendly.

Ordered a salad and only received the toppings. Had to go inside and ask for the rest of my salad like tf. What a waste of my time. If you can't get the orders correct stop working in fast food. I'm never ever going to stop in this subway ever again.

Probably the friendliest Subway employees I will ever meet. Also probably the cleanest Subway I'll ever see. Food was about as good as you can get for a Subway. It's a Subway, not a restaurant with a full kitchen or even a cute local sandwich shop. Still, the other Subways of the world have conditioned me to have a certain... low expectation. This place surprised me. Seems like the people here really care. Hope they get treated right in return.

I haven’t been to that location in a very long time. The drive thru touch screen ordering is absolutely rediculous. I hope you go back to the old school way .

They were preparing our online order when I got there, no customers in the building. 2 separate customers walked in behind me to pick up online orders as well. They were told it would be a few minutes. Their phone was ringing and ringing, one employee stepped off line to answer the phone and was immediately reprimanded by another employee for answering the phone when they are busy. Despite this, they got my pick up order finished and continued to work hard on getting other sandwiches out. Sandwiches were labeled appropriately and the employees were overall very friendly despite the phone incident.

What a sad day. I was the only customer inside. Zero greeting from the 3 people working. No hello, no hold on a minute. I stood there for for 7 minutes. Seven. Nobody even offered to sell me a sandwich as I stood under the order here sign. Jimmy John's was fantastic!!!
