Super disappointed in this place I never go here but when I do it's always a terrible experience, my last visit I got a burrito and quesadilla the burrito wasn't even fully wrapped so it all fell out before even getting it out the package, the quesadilla was the same experience I couldn't get it out the wrapper and even once I tore it open it was completely a mess I couldn't even eat it. It gets worse every time I come here STAY AWAY!!!

I was recently put on a gluten free dairy free diet. I ordered a Boss Bowl online. I chose the option the remove the cheese and the sour cream. Got it home. Opened it up to check it over and there was shredded cheese mixed in. I wasn't able to eat my dinner and I wasn't able to go back and have them make a new one due to lack of time due to prior engagements. I'm sure you can imagine how difficult it is to find places that actually have things I can eat. I'm super disappointed. This is exactly why I never tip when I order food online or over the phone. Nobody seems to care enough to pay attention to details. Do better!

Tacos are fine but oles were old and outrageously crunchy. Went to see if they’d remake them or replace and they said no, had to pay for them. Paid to get fresh because not going to fight about a $4 thing of oles but honestly that’s ridiculous

So while waiting on my order I witnessed an employee making food without gloves on. I did mention that in Minnesota when preparing food gloves are to be used. The lady (general manager) told me they were busy so it was ok. When someone ends up sick because of there lack of concern about proper food making it will become a huge problem.
