Absolutely the worst breakfast I've had and it was almost 17 dollars!

Said no cheese, as I'm lactose intolerant. Guy on the speaker was very short and abrupt and talked over us and didn't sound like he was listening. Guess what? Put cheese on anyway, had to go back through drive thru, told them politely the guy was like "It comes with cheese." We know that, we said very clearly no cheese. Told him that, he's like "I don't have a headset on." ??? So no apology and the guy was like arguing and not making any sense. He remade it and I didn't even want to eat it because I didn't trust it after that.

The food came out very quickly but there is maybe two tablespoons worth of meat on a burrito and about half of 2/3 of the burrito contents was beans. The potatoes were extremely overseasoned and old.

I want to start off this review by saying I get that customer service can be a pain sometimes, but today’s experience at taco John’s in hutch was not a good one. Me and my fiancé came for food and ordered via drive through and apologies if we didn’t order the way the employee wanted us to order, idk if he was trying to be helpful or what but it came off as rude. I work in customer service and all I can say is the exchange could have been better. It was like the cashier thought we didn’t know how to order food… it was strange. It’s like he wanted to tell us how we should have ordered vs how we ordered. Probably won’t be back.

Nice 2 guys working on a taco Tuesday. we had a little lunch trying out Taco John's 1st time.Definitely more meat and cheese in my taco meal with hashbrown rounds a bit salty..food was good, but not like mnnnnn good.My Mom had the #1. I believe with the chicken burrito, it looked like kinda plain on the outside and don't think my mom enjoyed it..but took it home..I'd try the chicken burrito myself next time and update my experience.I tried to take some pictures and just below a larger dining area, but my mom was in a wheelchair ♿️.We had a good experience but prefer Taco Smell lol.

I don't know if it's something that the management is making the employees do or they're just lackluster. It seems like the burritos are a few ounces lighter even though they're more expensive. The quality of food has gone down a little bit.And this location closes way too early for being on a busy road.Midnight should be the minimum closing time for a fast food restaurant. Now generally the employees are pretty nice so that's a good thing.

I got fired asking for FMLA paperwork. These guys refuse to give me my final pay and a notice of a termination. Right before I left, they docked everybody's compensation by $200 a month because they're struggling. Apparently they don't even have the money to clean the black mold and constant standing water out of the kitchen. In the middle of filing several DOL complaints. These people are so freaking dishonest. Initially, they told me I would be getting paid $17 an hour before reducing it to $15 an hour at the last moment. I was initially thankful these guys let me use them as a backup, but it's clear to me that they just can't hold on to employees and they didn't have another option.I'm honestly going to be surprised if this place is still open five years from now. Corporate has all but abandoned maintaining the place, and their profit margins are simply non-existent. Not exactly the kind of place that attracts talented workers. Twenty bucks says they're just trying to squeeze every last drop of money they can before this place is shut down.

Couple of kids shut off all the lights and were giggling to each other over the speaker and paid absolutely no attention to what was ordered. We had to turn around and knock on the window because they missed like half the order so busy trying to shut down and giggling with each other. When we told him what he missed he came back and still didn't bring everything. Like I looked the dude in the eye and told him what was Missing and he still didn't take a second to pay attention.

As of 3/10/16Service is always amazing! If I go to any fast food place in town, it is Taco Johns.Update: This place has gone to the dogs. It isn't unheard of people getting food poisoning here. It doesn't taste like they changed their fry oil in ages. Service is fine for a fast food place. Times are good, but food quality is abysmal.
