Caribou Coffee is known as the best coffee shop, with a warm and comforting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the coffee is always great, especially the black coffee. Customers love the Cahill caribou. However, they sometimes run out of plain bagels. The drive-thru pavement is poorly located, making it hard to reach the window. Despite these issues, the overall experience is enjoyable and worth returning for.
