I was out shopping with my friend and we thought we’d enjoy a sandwich at Jimmy John’s in Inver Grove Heights today Thursday May 13, 2021 at 1245pm. No one greeted us or even looked up as we walker in and there were no other customers. I also noted a new advertisement for a box lunch. We called in a big order to this location. My mother went to pick up the order. A man behind the counter rudely stated, “COVER YOUR NOSE! We are in a pandemic you know!” Really? That’s how you treat a customer? Horrible!
