The stuffed crust cheese pizza tasted really bad
We ordered food from a hotel that is 2 miles from this store. A hour and 20 minutes later we called to see where it was. We were told it was on delivery and it would be delivered in 5-10 mins. 40 minutes later we called again only to find out nothing was still not on delivery and was sitting there. They asked if we still wanted it which we did and then they said it would be another 35 minutes to get delivered. Surprised these people are even in business.

This place needs to step it up. Almost an hour for delivery when I literally live 2 miles from the store! Then send me an email to redeem a free large pizza due to the delay and it's NO GOOD online!! I have to call and order with someone obviously working from home( roosters crowing in the back ground, seriously!) We thought we'd give it another try but our "FREE" pizza turned into a $25 order after having to meet the minimum for delivery. This food better knock our socks off otherwise last time ordering from this place, there's too many other places in town that will gladly take our order and deliver our food in a reasonable amount of time.

Shittiest place I have ever had to deal with! The system made a mistake and my order got delivered incorrectly, I get it things happen, but for them to tell me I did something incorrectly when I was looking at my reciept telling them it says what I ordered so I’m not sure what happened, ended it with them saying they will send another pizza and it will take an hour, what ever it’s Friday night it’s busy again I understand. Then I get a message saying I need to have $29.60 in cash for the driver when first off that’s more than my original order of 2 pizzas and bread sticks so I was confused on that. Call in and for some reason who ever it was that answered the phone had no clue why that would upset a customer that was already upset they got their order wrong first then got a message saying they owed even more money, and hung up on me. Delivery driver gets here and sure enough asks me for $30. NEVER will I ever deal with Pizza Hut again. Horrible customer service and attitude from the workers there.

The pizza tasted pretty decent compared to the other pizza huts ive been to and same with the wings. However while i was waiting at the lobby a customer called the store and picked up the phone and told the customer to wait while he counted coins which is very unacceptable, the customer should come first not counting coins. The second negative thing is the same guy asked me what i had and told him boneless mild wings and he proceedee to look at the label of the wings and gave it to me and it wasnt until i got home later when i noticed they were bbq wings not mild. How do you check the label and still give me the wrong item? Otherwise this place seems like a hit or miss.

I order pizza a lot from this place and they never follow instructions. I always order extra sauce on my pizza and ask them not to put the sauce on the side, but they always just put the sauce on the side and hope that I don’t notice. And finally today I ordered pizza and the guy called me and said he was down at the door. I went down and waited for 20 minutes. Tried to call him three times because he was not at the door eventually he called me back and was frustrated with me because apparently, I was at the wrong door and he was at the right door and tried to tell me that all the doors look the same even though we have a main entrance and I told him just to come to the main entrance

Got the Dinner Box, was very underwhelming quality wise. Breadsticks were very bland and not crispy or tasty at all, not like any breadsticks I had ever had. The square pizza looked/tasted as if it hadnt been seasoned right or had been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes.

Sorry excuse of a pizza ordered 3 large pepperoni lovers for delivery. Paid 97 dollars for Dry no flavor, limited pepperoni honestly I’ve had better pizza for 5 dollars don’t know what’s going on here but you have some quality control issues to take care of.

Must be no care to give. Attached are photos of a "Large" pizza which apparently needed to have 3 inches of it in crust. Since when is this an acceptable pizza by anyone's standards?
This is basically a large size crust with a small size pizza on it.
This was our first time trying this location, and we will not likely be coming back. This was a $20 pizza that was primarily crust.

I wish I could say that I was satisfied with the costumer service and food, but I can’t.
I ordered a pepperoni dinner box on 12/26 at 7:46pm, the mobile app said that my order should be delivered at 8:09pm. I waited outside on my porch at 8:09pm. At 8:47pm I called Pizza Hut as it had already been almost an hour since I had ordered my meal. I called Pizza Hut and they told me that it would be 12 minutes until it was delivered. Awesome, I waited on my porch for the order to be delivered. At 9:33pm I called Pizza Hut again seeing as my order was not delivered when they said it would be. I was directed to a manager on the phone and she told me that my order had already been delivered, this was a lie, as stated above I had been waiting on my porch this whole time and had not received my order. At 9:48 I called again and asked where my order was. The manager said that she apologized without giving me a real answer as to why my delivery was delayed. I was fed up and asked for a refund instead. The manager told me that getting a refund was not possible and that the only thing she could do was remake my order and send it out again. Since that was the only option, I agreed. At 9:55pm the manager called me again and told me that they were out of the pizza I ordered. If they would have gotten this right the first time this wouldn’t have happened. At 10pm I got a text message saying that my order was out for delivery via DoorDash, the estimated my delivery time at 10:22pm almost 3 hours after placing my order. My food was mediocre. I am Very disappointed with Pizza Hut refusing to refund me and will never be ordering from this establishment again.

Wrong order delivered a couple different times in 3 weeks. Try to get a refund...3 to 5 days. You can get my money in 2 seconds but you can't give me a refund in seconds. I'd say Pizza Hut is operating whats called a financial float.
Ordered food tonight and some of it came burnt. I would think that someone would be in charge of checking quality before it goes out the door. Apparently that isn't what they so. Definitely unacceptable.
