BEYOND rude, can’t get the order to you within 2 hours, or order a pizza with extremely light sauce-expect white sauce. Don’t bother calling to say anything, because they’ll hang up on you. Do better Pizza Hut.

Wanted a dinner for me and my family, ordered at 6:52pm it’s now 8:35pm and still no food. As a manager of many QSR I find this appalling. You can’t call the store it goes to a call center and then get the run around and stuck on hold for a horribly long time. My wife has been on hold for over 20min after being transferred from the call center to the store.I’d say I want my money back but I can’t get ahold of anyone to ever request my money back and the call center is no help and the “manager” on duty there was very rude about where my order is as well. Told me the driver was on their way 45min ago and online at most 15min away from the store.Avoid at all costs would be my advice this reminded me why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut a few years ago.
I am officially done with pizza hut. I barely order from them and every time I do something goes wrong. The manager did his best but I can’t get over constantly having orders wrong. To make matters worst my receipt doesn’t reflect the order I received nor does it have the amount listed like a typical receipt would show. And to top it off the delivery driver was rude!

The pizza was great but these cheese sticks..? They look disgusting and tasted weird!! Actually so sad they made these and we’re like “yea! I will give this to the customer” also I asked for extra sauce and they gave me like one container full and the “extra” is barely filled. (Edit)Never mind I was just really hungry ! It was all bad, the pizza was weird. You get one star bc of the cool box !
