Pizza Pub of Inver Grove Heights

My husband and I went into eat just before 3:00 pm on 2/1. We sat at a table near the bar for 10 minutes and nobody ever came to take our order. Multiple staff members walked right by and didn't even look at us. I finally walked up to the bar and asked if I could order with her. She told me no, that our waitress just got a party of 30, and that we needed to wait to be served until she was done helping them. I couldn't believe it. Nobody could help us, get us drinks, or even acknowledge us. We left. Such horrible service. All staff members seemed to lack general customer service knowledge. Disappointing.

great place ! Just had my baby shower here on Feb 1st very nice staff greeted me when I walked in talked for a bit and said how amazing I looked which was so nice. food was very good also.

they have 3 crusts thin original and pan I ordered a pepperoni pizza with half green olives half sausage with original crust and got super thin crust with green olives and mushrooms I brought it back and they told me thin and original crust were the same they gave me a replacement and it was wrong also. no consitisy.everything that came out of the managers mouth made no sense would not recommend pizza pub

Been there twice. Both times bad. Overpriced buffet!!! It’s dry old pizza !!! Pop both times was flat !! And good luck having someone wait on you. not to mention a very sterile atmosphere !!! DO NOT GO.

Prices are high and the service is SLOW. We usually wait 15 minutes before being served, even when the restaurant is not busy.

Been there twice, The buffet is horrible both times was hoping it would get better !! It’s not. The pop was flat both times. The service is horrible. No one came to refill pop both times and or give bill. Final just left money and left. The buffet pizza is dry over cooked cold not good. The atmosphere is sterile and boring. No one helps you. Don’t waste your money. Go to Walmart and get a generic pizza and pop. A fourth of the price and way better

We ordered delivery the first time eating here and the pizza is awesome. The sausage is the best. The second time we ate there we dined in. My had the lasagna which blew our minds. People listen the cheese on this dish is NOT LACKING! I had a burger and fries , was pretty good. Sausage pizza and lasagna!!! YUMMY IN YOUR TUMMY...

Twice now that have ordered for delivery online. The first time it took 2 hours for delivery, I asked for the manager and asked for a credit. He stated he would mail one out that never happened. Tonight 10-12-2024 we ordered again online at 5:46pm estimated delivery time was 6:48pm. I called at 7:15pm and they stated it was out for delivery. Time is now 7:37pm and still no delivery.

Picture this: you plan on doing yard work all day. You know there is no way your 2 toddlers will nap during all of the excitement of that. You don't want to cook, but need to fill their bellies if you want a glimmer of hope to have a solid 4 hours of sleep. Presumptively you order pizza at 3:44 for a 5:30 delivery. 5:45 rolls around and no pizza. You call and they promise delivery in 30 minutes and a 50%gift card. Not ideal, but okay. 6:30 still no pizza. At this point we had been told a surprise 75 party is able took precedence over us, but when talking with the manager (who was previously unavailable) he states "that's not true". After much ado, the food finally arrived at 15 to 7, 2 crabby toddlers in tow. You open the food and the bone in wings are boneless, the sausage, onion, and pep pizza has green peppers and no pep, and the lasagna is cold (along with the rest). When asking for relief to our woes staff is rude and short. Not great. Not good. Not noteworthy (in any positive way). Think twice if your hoping for a quick easy meal.

We ordered three takeout pizzas several hours ahead of time to ensure they had plenty of lead time.
I showed up on time… the pizzas, not so much. I ended up waiting 27 minutes.
I won’t make the mistake of ordering from them again.
