You had party of 16 today that had reservations (so it was no surprise) and the service was poor. They arrived at 11:30. Food finally came out at 1:00 and was lukewarm. One person got grilled cheese instead of grilled chicken. Someone went up to check on bills at 1:40, and finally received them at 1:55 and they were all wrong. They finally got out of there at 2:30. This kind of service is uncalled for.
Arrived at 11:15am and waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. There was only about half capacity at the time. First time going here since the new owners and did not realize it was ONLY breakfast until 12pm. We placed an order at about 11:40am knowing ours would be the first ticket up after breakfast was finished (no time frame, just an understand it wouldn’t be started until 12pm).
