Kat's Hog Heaven is a hidden gem in town, with a clean dining area and delicious food. The grilled pork sandwich and fries were very good, while the BBQ Mac and cheese with cornbread was a tasty leftover. The pork chop was slightly overdone, but the service was excellent. Despite the unassuming appearance, this restaurant offers outstanding sandwiches, sides, and a must-try chocolate caramel poke cake for dessert. If in the area again, a revisit to Kat's Hog Heaven is a definite plan.
