Traveling through Jackson and stopped to eat at Kat’s and it was great!! I assume the owner was the one who waited on us and he was GREAT!! Talked to us and asked where we were from and was all around super guy!! Food was very good!! Pulled pork was excellent, Mac and cheese on top was awesome! Highly recommend stopping there!
Great place and not a long drive up to our Northern neighbor’s.
Great little place in Jackson, MN, not too far off of I-90. If you’re driving on I-90, and getting hungry for some good bbq in a super casual setting with inexpensive prices, head to Kat’s Hog Heaven. Great place for a break from driving. 👍🏻👍🏻

Kat's Hog Heaven is a hidden gem in town, with a clean dining area and delicious food. The grilled pork sandwich and fries were very good, while the BBQ Mac and cheese with cornbread was a tasty leftover. The pork chop was slightly overdone, but the service was excellent. Despite the unassuming appearance, this restaurant offers outstanding sandwiches, sides, and a must-try chocolate caramel poke cake for dessert. If in the area again, a revisit to Kat's Hog Heaven is a definite plan.
