They missed items on my order and have refused to refund my original payment method. Now I have to file a credit card dispute to make things right since they won’t.
Every time we order here we are missing food. Today we stopped after placing an order on the app and, yet again, items are missing. Called back and was told the only way I could get a refund was to drive back to the store which is 20 mins from our house. Refused to take my info and let us get it next time we were in town. Manager said her name is Leddi Gutierrez, extremely rude and hung up on me. Will be calling corporate apparently 🙄

McDonald's offers great service, with staff who are professional and approachable. The Mocha Frappe is delicious. The restaurant is clean, with nice hellos when you enter. The food is well prepared, with crispy and hot fries and awesome breakfast. The hash browns aren't greasy. A polite young man brought the meal to the table. They got a burger with no burger patty completely right. It's one of the better McDonald's with a quick drive-thru lane and accurate orders. A recommended spot for a tasty meal and friendly service.
