Great little place. Usually service is pretty quick and they keep the line moving. Staff is always friendly. They only thing that’s disappointing is the breakfast sandwiches are pre made and they can’t alter them. Not their fault that’s why I’m not knocking them down.
Best Caribou experience EVER today! I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and staff is always upbeat and pleasant - however today, I placed an order on the mobile app and accidentally picked the wrong store. Staff was SO sweet and understanding, helped get my order made immediately so I didn’t need to wait longer, and took care of coordinating with the other store so I didn’t need to pay again. This location is great but there must be a manager that trained all the staff to say “so do you have any plans today or what are your plans today?” Few people can pull this off well and it’s off-putting and creepy, please stop.
