I am a frequent flyer at the Cabin in Jordan and I have had the NICEST people help me at this location. After I picked up my drink this morning, I knew I had to post a stellar review for the caribou in jordan as I said to myself “I’ve literally never been anywhere where the customer service is as good as it is here”. The people are SO friendly, quick, and precise. I’m SO HAPPY you guys came to jordan. Thank you for being amazing!!!

Caribou Coffee is a popular spot known for its friendly staff who work hard to provide quick service. The location has a super cute, new look from the outside and is mostly a drive-through, but customers can order inside as well. While some staff members may go above and beyond to assist customers, others may come across as overly inquisitive. The menu features a variety of options, including breakfast sandwiches, although these may be pre-made and not customizable. Despite the lack of a public restroom, the store has a clean atmosphere and an outdoor patio with tables and chairs in front. The place is open until 8 pm, which is much later than other Caribou Coffee shops. The staff is generally pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
