After I picked up my drink this morning, I knew I had to post a stellar review for the caribou in jordan as I said to myself “I’ve literally never been anywhere where the customer service is as good as it is here”. “Great service received today by Jesse at the front counter. They have order kiosks at this location but he did not hesitate to approach me when he saw me at the counter and take my order. He was very nice and professional as well. Our Mocha Frappe's were delicious. Would definitely stop at this location again if in the area.“

The location is very convenient.
The drive-thru is very accessible, in and out.
The parking to go inside is great.
The store itself is clean and inviting.
The coffee is always perfect!
The food is incredible and did you know you can get a breakfast sandwich anytime of the day...I love that!
The service is top rate.
I have been going to Caribou for more years than I can remember and that will not change.

“One on my favorite breweries, they have great beer, friendly staff, and fun times. The brewery is very community centric, and dog friendly. There are two patios, one that is out front of the building and the other in updstairs. The upstairs patio is very quite and one the best kept secrets in Shakopee. The beers are great, the Hazy IPA is incredible and the Mexican lager is amazing. There is a reason these beers keep wining in the MN brewer's cup.“

“Always greeted with a friendly "hello" when I go in to pick up my order. Things are tidy, staff is friendly/helpful, and we always enjoy our visit to Caribou-whether it's a quick drive-thru/walk-in order or a sit and sip pit stop inside! Great beverage options and love the kids options too!“

“Most of the time always have a good experience, this one time I was going to pay for a drink with Apple Pay but they didn’t take it. The barista said they were already making my drink and gave it to me, rather than dumping it out. They are often out of stuff but it’s not the baristas fault and they are always nice and friendly.“
