I orders my food at they got it completely wrong first they took my order and had it on a whole different screen. So I couldn’t see what I was ordering then asked for strawberry pie they said they had some 5 min later they said they had none when i specifically asked if they had some. Then they added 4 whole drinks that I would have denied if they didn’t pull it up on the other screen that was to far to read so overall bad service bad food and I got 0 fries would not come again

Why can this place never get an order correct. Every time I go through the drive through my order is wrong. Its not just a little wrong its completely wrong. The person you have at the drive through needs to speak English . I will never comeback. I know exactly what the response from the owner will be. Please call and let us fix this. That's his answer to everyone, He won't fix it.

Come on guys, it's not that hard...
First of all, I can never understand the lady in the drive through, and it's always the same lady. Additionally, she has difficult time understanding people's orders. The language barrier alone is enough to make me not want to come here. Having to explain my order 3-4 times is really annoying.
Second, EVERY time I go here, something gets screwed up. Today I had to turn back because they forgot sauce. This happens almost every time. When I got back to work I realized that both of the ranch snack wraps I ordered were spicy. The fries were cold and unsalted. The other person's double cheeseburger meal was cold and missing cheese.
We really need to bring Burger King back to Jordan...

Very rude lady, and another lady who was extremely hard to understand at the drive through. Her accent is very thick and I wasn't able to make out her words well. :( I love that they have a play place, and come here any time I need to go to the cities, so I hope they improve the employees kindness skills. They hurt my moms feelings by being so sharp and rude.😠😢

Stopped through the drive-through, ordered Mocha Frappes. They gave us Iced Mochas. Easy mistake I thought, but I know what I asked for. I asked them to make us the right drinks, and they had us pull ahead. She brought out two more drinks and handed them to us. Foolishly, I accepted them and she went back inside. I looked down and they were the exact ones they had just given us. They wouldn't take them back and we just left because clearly they were incompetent and we were out of cup holders and time. The fries were cold and limp. For a final hit, I found a sticker that is for labeling the expiration time of the bacon in my burger. Literally had to pull it out of my mouth because it was inside the burger. it said the bacon was good until 4:30..... we stopped there at 8 pm. Corporate needs to send in a couple of fix it people, because with as bad as this was I can't imagine they are cleaning properly or following food safety at all. Also, based on how many horrfic reviews there are for this location, we are not the only victims. Please do something, before someone died of food poisoning.

Let’s just say this McDonald’s is the worst place to order food. Don’t even waste your time going over there. People are so rude, it takes a long time to get your food and most of the time you might not get the complete list of food that you order. The worst McDonald’s!! After ordering from the drive-through and spending 20 minutes on the line, we got to the door to pay for our food and the lady read the food list to me. It was supposed to be two snack wraps, but she mistakenly put one on the computer, so she told me to move forward and someone will attended to me. We were on the line for another 10minutes and the lady came and told me that my order was not In the computer. This rude lady started repeating herself to me and telling me that maybe I did not understand what the other lady was telling me andmy order is not in the computer. why I told her that the lady at the first window put my orders in, but told me to move forward because she couldn’t change my one snack wrap to two. This lady started being all rude to me and yelling at me in the car while my kids were in the car. My first daughter was trying to explain everything to her, but she still doesn’t want to listen and told me to leave the line.
The ladys in the mornings make my day. They are cheerful and alway happy. Great way to start your day in the mornings.

Had other line serviced two times before me. Paid for my full meal, got handed a bag of two fries, ordered nuggets, double cheeseburger and large fries. I got a cold cheeseburger, nuggets wrong sauce medium cold fries.
