On 9/19/25 was the worst wait time and service I've seen yet outta this McDonald's Waiting in drive through for 15 min to take order then another 10 to get my food then on top got all the way home they forgot the Gold sauce for chicken strips I ordered It's not that hard to put the sauce cups in the bag after chicken in the bag! Very disappointed with service last night. The lady behind the window was squinting like she couldn't read the order screen unbelievable 🙄 😒 Was not impressed

This location is always hit or miss for my family. Staff is normally really friendly and there plenty of parking. But most of the time our food is etheir missing items or it's cold/ luke warm like it's just been sitting there for a while. Or with the fries it will taste like there been no salt added on them at all.

We were traveling and stopped in. I ordered our meals through the kiosk. After our meal was prepared, a polite young man brought it to our table and greeted us.
My hamburger still had a pink tinge to it while my husband's was completely cooked. The patties were greasy, but they followed the order completely right with no salt on our meat, a plain double quarter and a quarter with no pickle or onion. The fries, also no salt, were crispy and hot.

This place is absolutely ridiculous I just went there the staff let there friends in them refused to let us even change our baby 5 month old baby laughed at us but was willing to let there friends in like what kinda bogus service is that I will never go here again how distateful the staff and service is WOW

Very lazy staff, placed my order on the app, got there and the speaker was low and ai couldn’t even understand a thing. Then I got to the second window, the girl didn’t even say anything and handed me a bag. It wasn’t the right food but that wasn’t the case, mistakes happen. She supposedly gave me the right bag so I drove forward and I checked the bag once more and still wasn’t the right food. Lazy and rude! Check the bags. Don’t recommend.
Friendly staff and good customer engagement. The food is warm and we enjoyed it. My 96 years old Mom loves McDonald's!

If I could give zero stars for all I would. Just ordered about 40 minutes ago. First window had us confused( totally understand it was busy) then we told them what we got and paid. Then went to the second window tried giving us something different and we told them no and what our order was. They parked us. There was a car ahead of us. Waiting for 10 minutes. Some girl came out gave the car ahead a bag of food which was wrong. Then we walked in and the guy had our bag the girl running was too busy clearing the screen so orders couldn’t be found. Then they gave us the bag out of the guys hand after it was already touched by others. 10/10 do not recommend
