Stupid expensive for a half ass sandwich. $37 for 2 sandwiches 1 being a meal. I mean sit down service restaurants are cheaper. I will definitely be excluding subway from my choices for food. Jersey mikes is $26 for the same.....and SO much better quality.

Online ordering doesn’t even work and they won’t allow you to do the $6.99 deal in stores. I tried it with my partners card as well and doesn’t work and I’ve read others are having issues with this as well. Subway needs to fix online ordering

Went in to order two subs, first employee was making an online order that had to be toasted, so then took my order. Toasted sub cam out of the toaster and first employee put it on the counter in between my two sandwiches, slid the ticket for the online order under my second sandwich. Second employee received all three sandwiches from the slide over, made the online order with the correct bread(toasted bread, mine were not) first employee kept sliding online ticket under my second sandwich bread. Second employee was making the online order really slow and appeared to be high. First employee told him the first two sandwiches were mine, I interrupted and explained what I watched happen, first employee was angry he had to open the paper wrapped sub to check, made my second sub for me. One person was in line behind me when my order was started, 5 online when I finally left the store. It will be a long time before I return, if ever.

Placed online order this evening. Was to be ready at 540. It's now 549 and we are still waiting for them to make the 2 sandwiches. Check our app and it shows our order as having been picked up. The employee cleared our order from their system without even making it. No one else in the restaurant and no reason for the delay.

A nice updated location with easy parking and clean space.
When I walked in there was one person waiting to order when I walked out after giving up on ordering the last two subs I needed there was a line back out the door i don't know what was on that online order they started midway through my order but apparently it required a masters degree because these 3 guys had to study it for quite a while before realizing i still had more to order at which point i realized the brain cell they were sharing had it's hands full and it would be faster to go home and grill up a chicken breast than wait for these 3 to unlock the secrets of that online order. Needless to say it'll be a year or two before i try this location again. I'd leave my order number but they failed to give me a reciept...

I have come in to the shop multiple times and most of the time the ingredients in the reach in are frozen resulting in me eat frozen food on my toast sandwich.
