I ordered delivery. An hour went by and no one had even picked up my order. So I tried to cancel. It said I couldnât because my order was âbeing processed.â Tried to cancel numerous times, but nope. By the time someone finally picked up my order it was a full 40 minutes after the âlatestâ delivery time. So the workers clearly wouldnât send stone cold food with the driver right? Wrong. The seal on the bag shows the original order time with when it was prepped. So they put food in a bag, let it sit well past what is safe and sent it with a delivery driver for a customer to eat. So glad I paid all that money for food thatâs stone cold and that I couldnât even cancel.

The food is what I expected! The restaurant was dirty! I believe that if a restaurant doesnât care what their lobby or bathroom looks like to the customer. It probably means that the kitchen is worse! Staff couldâve been a little bit more professional!

The week say shift at Taco Bell here in Jordan is the absolute best. All the day time employee's are so kind and courteous to me. They have even carried my food n drinks out to my car for me since I'm on crutches. Hands down the best. They are all smiles and happiness no matter how busy they are. Today at noon the whole lobby was full and they were all smiles and speedy. My favorite people there..thanks a million guys.

The food is really good here the majority of the time. But we went in there tonight and it's 15 degrees outside and it didn't feel much warmer inside. We were literally shivering sitting there waiting for and eating our food. It's always cooler in there but for shit sakes. Customers want to eat in a comfortable environment without their food getting cold before they can eat it.
We walked in as a kitchen worker was having a meltdown and cussing out other workers and customers before destroying his headset and leaving. Food took about 55 minutes for us to receive after ordering. Couple stars solely because it was Taco Bell food through-and-through which hit the spot.

Would rate this 0 stars if that was an option, Forgot to put in the correct order after we said the order 3 times at the drive-through. Went back to order it again and was refused service because of "additude" and, while driving off, gave our family the finger. This was at 12 a.m. my order was 426, and I am very disappointed with this service and customer treatment. Will not be coming here again.
