I spent $10 deliberately to be able to use the free Doritos Locos taco coupon....didn't give me one. Where is the quality control? I could maybe see handing out the wrong order to the wrong person.... But how are orders constantly missing an item here and there?

Every time I come here they always mess up my order it’s not that hard to remove lettuce and add potatoes I think they do just Becuase thy can’t bother making it. Worst Taco Bell ever.

If I could give this place, no stars I would. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered, worst food I’ve ever encountered and almost if not the worst GM I’ve ever encountered. Food was incorrect and was disgusting and was cold. I live 15 to 20 minutes away and all they offer is a free taco or I can drive 20 minutes back to get it remade. All my sauces were missing, which I pay extra for lol. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in the history of going to Taco Bell. They will nail you with food. They made probably three hours ago, incorrect orders because they’re busy, and once you complain and offer you no apologies in a really disgusting customer experience attitude. I went above and beyond to report it to Taco Bell and to call customer service seeing as I wasn’t getting the response or feedback that I should’ve been given at my store. THIS store

I ordered a number of items to go from the self-serve kiosk. I didn't order 2 beef soft tacos as is stated on the receipt but I did order a cheesy GORDITA crunch but did not receive. The phone number went to a message that the party I was trying to reach wasn't able to answer.

Came in got th 9$ lux box. And every thing was good tell I got to the cheese sauce and there was some on an edge of the container enough for two chips not happy about it
It's a taco bell, just like most others. Decades menu items were good but could not order the empenada through the kiosk. Prepared well, no shell breakage, etc.

I ordered delivery. An hour went by and no one had even picked up my order. So I tried to cancel. It said I couldn’t because my order was “being processed.” Tried to cancel numerous times, but nope. By the time someone finally picked up my order it was a full 40 minutes after the “latest” delivery time. So the workers clearly wouldn’t send stone cold food with the driver right? Wrong. The seal on the bag shows the original order time with when it was prepped. So they put food in a bag, let it sit well past what is safe and sent it with a delivery driver for a customer to eat. So glad I paid all that money for food that’s stone cold and that I couldn’t even cancel.
