We have been excited to try this place for dinner. Was a little disappointed. Classic greasy bar food. Chicken salad had not much on it and had bag shredded lettuce. Please use fresh lettuce. Mixed drinks were very weak. Maybe the burgers are better. Won’t be back, sadly. If you are from Faribault, stay in town and hit Joe’s, Carbones, Croaked Pint, etc.

Great place with good food and excellent service. Mini donuts were fantastic.
We have been there many times, usually a good experience, but today, Sunday 10-27-2024 it was terrible. Service in a word sucked! Not that busy, but either not enough staffed scheduled, or several did not show up on this Sunday afternoon. Thankfully the Vikings played Thursday night, if they would’ve played today with the service we received, many people would’ve walked out. We will be back again for the food, but if the service continues to decline, we won’t be back! Come on Steve get some people to service your customers! Randy

If you’re looking for a friendly bar with super service, great food, fantastic staff, brilliant atmosphere and a genuine great place to be, the Toy Box has it all in abundance. They even serve Irish beer! Steve, Lacey and the team are just great people. Go check it out, particularly during the Halfway to Paddy’s Day Festival.
