El Molino is a welcoming restaurant in Waterville, known for its friendly staff and generous portions. The menu offers a variety of flavorful options, including a delicious seafood chimichanga. The interior is cute and lively, with a fun atmosphere that includes movies and sports playing in the background. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always friendly, providing good, prompt service. The food is hot, tasty, and served quickly, with plenty of variety at reasonable prices. Though the building could use some updating as it is starting to get rundown inside, the overall experience remains positive. Parking might be difficult when busy, but customers usually find a spot. El Molino is a great spot to enjoy drinks with friends and a fun environment for good Mexican food.
