Was passing through the area lunch time. Had heard good reviews so stopped in for a light lunch, just garlic cheese curds and a tap beer. Not busy, but a few friendly locals. Bartender was helpful and attentive. Place was well lit, clean, and well maintained. Patio so outside swating. Wall board said live music every other Sunday! Not bad for a small town.
This is a great small town bar. Great food, great staff, great place to hang out. Steve the owner is great.My fiancé lives in Kilkenny. So we frequent this place quite often. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
Gotta give a shout-out to Lyndsey. The place was full last night and she was the ONLY server and bar tender. We had a party of 6, she kept our drinks full and was very attentive. She did a really great job juggling all of the customers. The recommendation for a gluten free flatbread was spot on and so delicious.
