Significant slide in food quality. Walleye was grey, did not flake (flat/compressed), very strange flavor. Tartar sauce was terribly bland. One small bite and I was done! Others: sirloin tips were tough and tasteless; Ruben was stringy and the bread badly burned. Manager apologized and offered dessert, but we had enough. Used to be weekly regulars, but not any more.
My husband I were touring the Lacresent, Hoka area for apples and wanted a nice ' fork' meal, no sandwiches. We both had wonderful meals. My salmon was seared w tasty avocado sc that added lightly to the fish.
The brussel sprouts were done 'dente w lite garlic. The salad bar was fresh and tasty. Actual deep green romaine and spinach, no white lettuce. Our server on Sat Nov8 really was efficient, pleasant and did all she could to add to our experience....

Cool vibe! I check out microbreweries as I travel the Midwest. This is one of the best.
They have food. I ordered the naked ribeye and peppers, doubled the meat. Fantastic. Everyone was polite and provided a great experience. 10/10
