Cool vibe! I check out microbreweries as I travel the Midwest. This is one of the best.
They have food. I ordered the naked ribeye and peppers, doubled the meat. Fantastic. Everyone was polite and provided a great experience. 10/10

Small little Restaurant/Bar. It’s connected with an indoor walkway to the Best Western Plus hotel.
The restaurant isn’t big and was super busy at 5pm. The waitress said you need reservations on Friday but could seat us in 40-45 minutes or grab a seat at the bar. We got 2 seats at the bar and ordered a pint of beer! Tge bartender asked if we wanted food and handed us 2 menus.
My wife got the prime rib sandwich and I got the bacon burger. The food was great....

The brussel sprouts were done 'dente w lite garlic. The salad bar was fresh and tasty. Actual deep green romaine and spinach, no white lettuce. Our server on Sat Nov8 really was efficient, pleasant and did all she could to add to our experience....
