MARMA offers an unbelievable dining experience with fresh and flavorful dishes. The tuna tartare and shrimp fritters were outstanding, not relying on heavy sauces for flavor. The wings had the perfect balance of sweet heat. The Linguine Rosa with shrimp was cooked perfectly, with a sauce that complemented the dish without overpowering it. The grilled shrimp were flavorful and charred just right. The dessert, a chocolate cake with berries, was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal. The whipped feta starter and Bengal chicken sandwich were also delicious choices.
The atmosphere is lively and joyful, with a pleasant setting that becomes lively as more guests arrive. However, it can get noisy, especially when the restaurant fills up. The service is attentive, and customers feel as if they have a personal chef, with servers who are very knowledgeable about the menu.
