We’ve had many great experiences here in the past, which makes the last two visits really frustrating. The first time, we were completely forgotten until the bartender reminded our waitress to take our order. We decided to give it another shot, but today we waited over an hour for food that never came — turns out our ticket was marked “completed,” and no one noticed until we asked.
Service has clearly taken a dive, and it’s disappointing to see. We won’t be back unless things improve, but we truly hope they get it back on track.

After the performance I saw from Tim the bouncer on the night of 6/22 I believe he single handedly could’ve of deescalated the BLM Minneapolis riots. #employeeofthemonth

I called in to see if they had steak on the menu and the girl said yes, and I said what kind? She then said in a sarcastic way, "from a Cow." I replied yes, but what kind ribeye, sirloin, new york strip? She then said, " 8 oz." And I again said yes, but what kind. She then hung up....... I have never been treated so rude from a restaurant. I will never give my business again.

Highly recommend the Roadhouse burger! Excellent appetizers and main courses. Can't beat cold drinks and live entertainment.
