Excellent place to eat, best French fries I have ever had. Smoked ribs were really good. I had forgotten my purse there and picked it up the next day and all my money was still there. Great place to eat, everyone needs to eat there at least once. You gotta try it.

Easy to get a table Saturday night in the fall. In fact, it was pretty quiet when we arrived, which was surprising. I hope this is only a seasonal slump as I really enjoyed the food at Sunshine’s Summerhouse and want them to remain open next time I’m back in this area.
Ordered the Cajun chicken avocado sandwich (server said this is one of their bestsellers, after the burger) - did not disappoint. Fries are seasoned well and crispy - not your standard/typical fries. Cole slaw is a generous scoop serving. I’m a big fan of cole slaw in general and theirs is pretty darn good. Cheese curds are a bit heavy on the coating and just so-so IMO. I think you can find better elsewhere.

Amazing food and drink! Staff remembers return customers! Very good sit down with a wrap around patio and bar. Clean restaurant with congenial/hospitable kitchen staff. Bartenders and servers were very friendly, charming, while also being attentive to the customer's needs.

We were staying at Cragun's resort and wanted to go somewhere else for lunch, Found this little gem of a place not to far away..the summerhouse burger is PHENOMENOL! I'm usually not a smash burger fan but this was probably the best smash style burger I have ever had. So juicy and delicious. My wife got the lasanga soup, and she loved it. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area!

Such a perfect spot. We got lucky and they do breakfast on Fri, Sat, Sunday. Great service, thick homestyle bread. Cook makes eggs correctly and atmosphere is cozy and comfy.
