Everytime I go to this Chipotle for my online orders, it's incorrect. My recent order had the wrong burrito. I think I got someone else's or I hope so. Wrong meat and total different items from what I ordered. GO TO BURNSVILLE.

Did online order for pick up. Completely wrong for all 3 items purchased. Had to drive back, only to be told that they didn't have any of the stuff I ordered. Manager refused to speak with me and used the staff to tell me to call a customer service number for a refund. No apology at all. They had 3 hours till they were closed, no reason to be out of items. Seems like bad management on inventory and management in general. Chipotle is too big to care. What a joke. Don't go here.

I went in for the national burrito day. Found out later that I didn't have a promo code so I couldn't have gotten it anyways. Regardless the service was bad, the staff wasn't knowledgeable of the company's rewards programs. My burrito was wraoped sloppily which I didn't enjoy eating. I felt like like would've preferred to wrap it myself if I had the option.Food was midService was badI already didn't like chipotle but after this I'll be reluctant to think about going to the Lakeville one or any other ever again. Save your money for a real Mexican restaurant or at least somewhere that's clean.

Vegan power bowl made with meat. Tried to contact the store, but you can’t call the store and talk to a person. Contacted customer service and could only do it online. They tried to credit my account with a free meal, which I declined. Then they refunded me $9.60, however my meal was $11.25 plus tax. Then the online chat was ended by the agent. I had to send an email to the corporation to try and get my money back. Very disappointed in the horrible customer service. I will not be going back to any Chipotle.Vegetarian options: This is the second time I have gotten meat in my vegetarian meal. Completely unacceptable!

Consistently terrible. Why even bother running this location? Tiny portions, incorrect orders. I drive past this location to go to Apple Valley instead.This is what happens when government gets involved in private business. Sad.Decided to give this location another shot. Nothing has improved. Avoid! Tiny portions, disgruntled employees and disgusting restaurant. Never again.

TERRIBLE! Do NOT COME here. Ordered thru doordash and then thru the chipotle app both time it got cancelled WITHOUT a reason. In both instances, order was never even prepared. RUDE staff! Should be FIRED!

I did an online order and let me tell you how RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP and SHADY they are when it comes to the food YOU are paying for. I ordered 3 bowls and asked for extra lettuce and corn salsa which if their idea of “extra lettuce” and “extra corn salsa” is the same amount as what they would “normally” put in your bowl, then that’s messed up. The most messed up part was that one of the bowls I asked for EXTRA STEAK (which mind you, is an additional $5.50) and I kid you not when I opened the bowl there was literally NO “EXTRA” STEAK but small, teeny, tiny bite size pieces that you would cut up for a 2 year old. I was appalled but also not willing to drive back to Lakeville as I was just passing by.Future customers who plan to order online, BEWARE! You are better off going in person and watching them make your bowl the “right” way (if that’s even the case at this location).
