Did online order for pick up. Completely wrong for all 3 items purchased. Had to drive back, only to be told that they didn't have any of the stuff I ordered. Manager refused to speak with me and used the staff to tell me to call a customer service number for a refund. No apology at all. They had 3 hours till they were closed, no reason to be out of items. I went in for the national burrito day. Found out later that I didn't have a promo code so I couldn't have gotten it anyways. Regardless the service was bad, the staff wasn't knowledgeable of the company's rewards programs. My burrito was wraoped sloppily which I didn't enjoy eating.
