Very clean and friendly staff. Beach club was delicious and I didn't even order a giant pickle but they saw my daughter had just played a soccer game and they snuck one in our bag! Thank you!
Stopped to get a sandwich about 7 pm and there were 6 employees working. Every table had about a handful of food crumbs and scraps under it. The trash cans were overflowing and there was a female employee stocking potato chips, that stopped to take my order. When I got my sandwich it literally looked like the male employee threw the ingredients together, it was falling apart.

Great food, really clean store and service was first class. Being disabled they even offered to carry my order out to my car. Thank You very much!!

Jimmy John's serves good food, but its service can be slow due to understaffing. Despite this, employees are often kind and helpful, providing a good customer experience. Delivery is typically fast, but some customers miss the discontinued kickin ranch sauce, replaced by a new jalapeño ranch that lacks flavor.
