My friend asked me to pick up a coffee for her so I came through the drive through about 10 min before closing and the girl helping me was so friendly. I thought for sure they would be annoyed because they were probably cleaning up and getting ready to leave. It was a pleasant surprise.

Caribou Coffee is a go-to location with friendly and knowledgeable staff, who provide great customer service. The baristas are skilled artisans, crafting each beverage with precision and care. This location is known for its excellent customer service, with staff working hard to ensure a positive experience. Customers find this Caribou location works like a well-oiled machine, with excellent customer service. Even with a drive-thru line around the building, customers are always in and out so quickly. One customer needed another decaf shot because their coffee was too weak, and after it was fixed, they were a "Happy Caribou coffee girl!"
